But still there have been many complaints against the companies and the reasons are the following:

Problems with claim. People state that it is quite difficult for them to post the claim and prove that the accident has really taken place. GEICO, for example was announced to be one of the companies that have received the volume of complaints stating that the company cannot settle the claim professionally and that claim process and procedures were the most horrible to come through. Allstate also received very poor reports from its policy holders.

Delayed payments. Many customers of Allstate Insurance Agency and GEICO complain about the problems with payments. The companies try to stall for time and keep the payments as long as possible. It is very difficult to get the coverage within 30 days. And the most interesting thing is that this temporizing has no reasons insurance companies can explain.

The insurance company pays its customers something like $50 or less to settle a serious claim. And when policy holder would like to file a suit against the insurer, it would take him or her ages to gain some results.
