Six years ago Empire Carpets was purchased and incorporated and became Empire Today.
Empire Carpets complaints. Many people complain about the terrible installers. They claim that the main aim of the company is to sell you their goods, that is why Empire Carpets salespersons are usually well trained, intelligent and extremely nice. But after you have paid, they are not interested in you anymore and you can forget about those nice, careful and professional men in the Empire Carpets TV commercial. Most of their installers are inept people not speaking English. Besides, people state that the quality of the products provided by Empire Carpets is really poor. There are a lot of consumers’ complaints on the quality of the Empire carpets. People say that their super modern carpets are outworn in two-three months, does not matter what was mentioned in the warranty on wear. And when you call their customer service line and they send their analyst, that person claims that it is your own fault. You just treated the carpet badly and that is the reason it is so early outworn. Thus, people have to be vary careful and aware of all the problems while buying carpets, especially in Empire Carpets.
