Toys are the best friends of kids, they help children to be a little been longer isolated form the trappings of the real world. Toys are a very important part of kids´ life because playing is the main psychological activity in the childhood. A toy is a special tool with the help of which a kid understands and discovers the world. Every kid has many toys but only some of them are their favorite or even one, which he or she prefers. Adults also can have some passion for toys. Toys are like a fulfilled dream. And there are some companies that make this dream come true. Toys “R” Us is among them.
Toys “R” Us. Toys “R” Us is a giant international toy store chain represented in many countries of the world. The company was founded with the aim to provide kids with toys in post World War II country. Charles Lazarus founded it and produced his first toys, which at once became very popular. Toys “R” Us is widely known for the special design of its stores. The company has been many times notable in many movies and programs. Besides its main toys chain, the company also owns several other chains like Kids “R” Us, Babies “R” Us and Bikes “R” Us. The company has numerous international locations, which operate outside the United States. The first Toys “R” Us store abroad was opened in 1984.
Toys “R” Us complaints. Sometimes people complain even about the toys. But Toys “R” Us complaints are not exactly about the toys but about the poor customer service and poor organization of business. Everything is great and everybody is happy when the toys are fine. But if something is broken, it appears to be very difficult to deal with Toys “R” Us employees. The company is organized in such a way that nobody exactly has the powers to exchange the item or to provide the refund. And that is very sad. In such a business there should be no fraud.
