Best Buy. Best Buy is losing its valuable customers because of lack of price-matching. People just do not want to shop with Best Buy further on when they find out that household appliances or some computer equipment there is 25-30% more expensive. This thing steers customers away from this company. Besides, people complain on numerous shipping problems connected with delays and defects. It is very difficult to prove something while buying things from the Internet, though some sites are considered to be good old reputable companies. You have to know all the details connected with on-line store before you shop there, but sometimes even respectable ones fail to satisfy you as a consumer.
