There is a long list of stores who claim a long list of services as well like 24 hours support , 24 hours delivery and outdated list of products . I have read about Safeway.com on a site and customer’s comments was Safeway.com is worthless I WILL NEVER USE THIS GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICE AGAIN . rn It is very difficult task to get customers but it is more harder and difficult to satisfy them . This world is full of success and failure stories . Reviews about companies and their services are the main key to success . I believe that if i would read any bad reviews about some service or company i shall not waste my time and money . There was same situation with the above listed company . Customer reported that they have a bad delivery time , poor customer support and outdated product list . When customer went there himself , he had found that there are many products which he had ordered already but was out of stock . What these stores should do or what is possible solution for this ? Answer is very simple . Don’t offer services which you don’t have . Always put in mind that it is more difficult to satisfy annoyed customers so don’t annoy people . There is need of some proper I.T department who would take care of inventory and orders status . rn As I have described some instructions and problems for seller now i shall like to advice something to customers about Hotels . I have read a bad review about a hotel which is “Stay Away from Microtel Inn Buckhead Atlanta GA” . I shall say , Customers should take care about hotels . You should know that where you are going to stay . There is a complete educational systems for hotels so if some hotel has a bad management or poor services then you shouldn’t stay there . Check their rooms, Toilets and kitchen prior to book a room . If you are going to book a hotel online then check their testimonials or user’s reviews before they swap your credit card .
